Here is the response from Nanisivik after we identified they failed to sample in June in accordance to the MMER's. We have since accepted this explanation and advised the company to ensure they sample in accorance to the MMER's in the coming sampling season of 2005.This was not a letter of direction but correspondence to the company. No further action is being considered by this department as there was officially induced error because we had not identified the issue from similar methodology used the sampling season before.
