On behalf of the GN, I am instructed to confirm support for the response
being provided by Mr. Brent Murphy of EBA Engineering.  As you recall, Mr.
Murphy's assistance has been jointly retained and, we confirm his response
reflects the applicable territorial regulatory perspectives.  We understand
that DIAND will be tabling his response today.

In addition, I have been asked to confirm with NWB and the applicant, that
the demolition and disposal work proposed in this submission must be
performed in full compliance with the GN Mine Health and Safety Regulations.
