Subject:	NNF - Request for additional time to submit PSIR

Dear Ms. Hansen and Ms. Granchinho,

In regard to the submission of the revised PSIR for the Nansivik Naval Facility, currently due on 28 Sep 
2012, I would like to request time (slightly over a month) to submit this document to you.  I respectfully 
ask for a revised submission due date of 02 Nov 2012.

In the past several months, we've been progressing on schedule with the design and the drawings are 
just about to undergo a review. We've also re-engaged an Environmental Engineering Consultant to 
update our PSIR and the draft was recently delivered to us.  That document is currently being reviewed.
We have consulted with many stakeholders during the summer months, but there are a few groups that 
we were not able to meet with.  We would like to complete our meetings in September and October.   
This additional time will allow us to capture all concerns and to provide a more complete submission.
