As per contract specs, Mosher Engineering have completed hydrostatic testing for tanks using lake water. Now they have to release water back to lake. As per NWB license requirement, they have tested the used water in tanks. Please find herein test report. They have requested approval from your office. But they have not yet received approval to dump the test water currently stored in the new tank. They faxed the test results to INAC yesterday morning but they have not approved to start emptying the tank. They spoke with Peter at INAC and he is waiting to hear from NWB. They need to start emptying water this morning to meet schedule. They plan to run the water through an oil/water separator and it should not be pumped through it very fast if it is to be effective. Please give approval to release water. We need this decision this morning to make tanks ready to get fuel supply by tomorrow. Your assistance would be appreciated.
