Hi Jim,
 
As requested in the NWB letter dated Sept. 29, 2004 regarding the annual report for the above-noted water use license, we are providing the attached summary in Inuktitut. 
 
In addition, we have confirmed with the DCC Contract Coordinator for the PIN-3, Lady Franklin Point site that there was no sludge contained within the sewage lagoon.  The clean up program at this site is now complete with the exception of the completion and closure of the landfarm.  As such, the lagoon area was reclaimed and backfilled with granular material at the end of the 2004 season.
