Hi
Jim,
As requested in the NWB
letter dated Sept. 29, 2004 regarding the annual report for the above-noted
water use license, we are providing the attached summary in Inuktitut.
In addition, we have
confirmed with the DCC Contract Coordinator for the PIN-3, Lady Franklin Point
site that there was no sludge contained within the sewage
lagoon. The clean up program at this site is now complete with
the exception of the completion and closure of the landfarm. As such, the
lagoon area was reclaimed and backfilled with granular material at the end of
the 2004 season.
We trust the information
provided is consistent with your requirements. Feel free to contact me if
you have any further questions or comments.
Regards,
Eva
