In the interim, please be advised that, in accordance with S. 13.9.1 of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement, where approval of the NWB is required for a water application, the applicant shall not proceed until approval has been granted. While I am currently assuming that the works proposed, and which you describe,were approved with the original application, it should be noted that if works other than those originally approved are contemplated, which do not meet the terms and conditions governing modifications outlined in Part E, Item 2 of NWB3ARV0308, an amendment application will be required. I will contact you with the results of my review, and the status of your request, as soon as I am able to review the information contained in the file.
