Not sure if the NWPP has an interest.  This appears to be an Annual Report for the above mentioned license.  Could I please have your comments by February 8.
 
As in the previous emails this ftp is not the greatest way to review information. I've had difficulty accessing the site. Hopefully you will have better luck.
