February 2006, providing an information request from David Abernethy of
Environment Canada (EC), Iqaluit, regarding our request to renew Kikerk/Knife
Lake Water Licence #NWB2KIK0405.
Subsequently, I had a pleasant and
informative conversation with Mr. Abernethy and we exchanged e-mails. The
attached letter of response is the result of that dialogue and is designed to
address EC’s concerns that we remain in compliance with sections 35(1) and 36(3)
