2.  Your application fee of 30.00 as well as the first year water use fee of 30.00.  (sorry we do not send receipts)  Your fees can be paid either by cheque, made payable to "Receiver General for Canada" or by credit card.
3.  A Spill Contingency Plan in accordance with Spill Contingency Guidelines (1987) http://ftp.nunavut.ca/nwb/NWB%20Administration/

I notice that your application has two names entered, Canada-Nunavut Geoscience Office and Geological Survey of Canada.  Do you wish to have the license in both names?

I look forward to your response and will forward the file for review once I've received all necessary documents.

Attached is a Nunavut Water Board licence application for a joint project between the Canada-Nunavut Geoscience Office and the Geological Survey of Canada on southwest Baffin Island.
