Thank you for the opportunity to review this file. On behalf of Environment Canada, I have reviewed Cumberland Resources Ltd Water Plan & Monitoring Plan submitted as a requirement of Part B, Item 3 & Part I, Item 1 of water license 8BC-THE.

 

EC has no concerns at this time with the above mentioned Plans and looks forward to Cumberland’s more comprehensive AEMP report to be submitted for review this summer.
