Part G, 2 of your current licence requires that this plan be submitted to the Board in accordance with the NWT Water Board's "Guidelines for Contingency Planning" of January 1987 and we do not have one on file. I just wanted to let you know that a spill contingency plan will be required to be submitted to the Board prior to the commencement of activities associated with the amendment. Also, comments from the distribution of your application, which are included in the NIRB Screening Decision, have remarked on the large amount of fuel (500 drums) is proposed to be stored on-site for the small list of equipment that is listed in the application. The Spill Contingency Plan would be a good place to address your equipment and fuel needs. Just to let you know, your application is now being considered by the Board.
