On behalf of Wolfden Resources Inc., please find attached a follow-up
letter from Steve Morison, Gartner Lee Limited regarding the High Lake
Project and the June 18 meeting in Iqaluit. Although you were
unfortunately unable to attend the meeting, we would appreciate the opportunity
to address any comments you may have on the High Lake Project in general or on
the 2004 summer baseline workplan circulated to you on June 16th. Any
input you may have would be appreciated by Tuesday July 13th.
