Regarding Technical Meeting and Pre-hearing Conference, Zinifex High Lake Project, NIRB File No. 06MN082

 

Please note that as the Technical Meeting has not concluded as of today Monday December 3rd 2007, the Nunavut Impact Review Board (NIRB) has passed a motion that the Pre-hearing Conference will not be scheduled to commence until such time as the Technical Meeting commitments are complete.  The Pre-hearing Conference originally scheduled to commence in Kugluktuk, Wednesday December 5th, 2007 will be rescheduled once the major technical issues have been resolved.  Further information will follow from the NIRB.

 

All parties at the Technical Meeting have expressed agreement with this direction and we trust that the travel plans of participants reflect this decision.
