As per our conversation @ 12:10pm EST I have attached the requested NWT 
"Guidelines for Spill Contingency Planning". After reviewing the SCP 
identified in my June 20th, 2005 letter to the City of Iqaluit it has been 
determined that the SCP makes no reference to the N-40 or is tailored to the 
site specifics of the N40. To compliment the water licence application 
NWB3N40 the NWB requests a SCP for the N-40 Site geared towards the 
specifics of the site. If you have any questions whatsever please contact 
the undersigned.
