No, at this time everything is in NIRB's hands until the EA process is over which will be when the Minister accepts/rejects NIRB's recommendations. Officially, our turn will come when we get formal instructions from the Minister/NIRB.

Noticed the Final EIS was submitted (electronic format) to NWB attention and cc'd to NIRB. Is the NWB required to request from NIRB at this time to proceed with regulatory process or will NIRB do it automatically? We received it Dec 3rd. Let me or Phyllis know.
