Derrick:

I have reviewed your email dated 23 November 2003 and have the following
comments.

Point #8
- Water temperatures will be compared to background levels
(pre-development).
- The water flow station will be located upstream of the berm during
pre-developmnent monitoring.
- Once the diversion is activated the berm will no longer have an effect
and the station will be re-positioned to Diversion Pond #2.

Points #10
- Please indicate which section of the Mainstream summary memo this
point refers to.

Point #11
- The Stream C3 mitigation plan will be implemented prior to the
discharge of water from Long Lake/PKCA.
- The mitigation plan will include evaluation by a qualified
hydrologist.
- This will be followed by a monitoring program that will be sufficient
frequency to ensure early detection of erosion.

Point #12
- Tahera will continue to develop the revised NNLP so that the DFO
authorization can be issued in a timely fashion.
- Please note that some components of the revised plan cannot be
finalized until the NWB hearings are complete.
