Please accept this notice that the Jericho Diamond Mine 2006 Water Licence Summary Report will be issued approximately one week late.  We are still awaiting the Aquatic Effects Monitoring Plan for 2006 from our consultants and the plan will have to be reviewed internally prior to issue.  I trust this delay will not cause undue inconvenience to the Board.  Please contact me should you have any questions or require clarification.
