DFO received the response from Tahera regarding our comments on the C1 diversion channel.  As you may be aware, the diversion channel is also subject to our Fisheries Act Authorization.  I have been discussing with Tahera's consultants how to resolve our outstanding issues and I expect a response in the next day or so.
