In support, KGC provides the certificate of amalgamation. I reviewed the certificate of amalgamation and believe that an assigment of the current licence, issued under the name of EBM, from EBM to KGC is not required since the licensee has amalgamated with KGC but has not sold or transfered its assets to KGC. All would be required is to place the letter and certificate in the public registry. Bill, please confirm with Phylllis whether this is correct.
