We spoke on the phone earlier this afternoon regarding the assignment of the water license from Kinross Gold Corporation to Lupin Mines Incorporated.  Can you please confirm that the Water Board has approved the assignment of the water license to Lupin Mines Incorporated and that the only thing required by the Water Board in order to effect the assignment is written notification from Lupin Mines Incorporated that the purchase transaction has closed.

We would appreciate your response so that we can notify our client, Lupin Mines Incorporated, of the status of this application.
