Attached is a letter that INAC has received sufficient financial security
for abandonment and reclamation from Wolfden Resources Inc. as required under
water licence 2AM-LUP for the Lupin Mine. INAC's only other comment is to note
that Lupin Mines Inc. is a subsidiary of Wolfden Resources Inc.
A hard copy of the letter has been sent by mail.
