Hello Phyllis,
I had a look at the above-mentioned document.
As there has been no activity at this site, and therefore no water use or
disposal, there appears to be nothing upon which to comment.
I am, however, puzzled by the fact that while approximately 4800 cubic
meters of water was pumped from the mine workings, no analyses of SNP
925-10 was conducted for the period in question. I had a look at the
licence and there appears to be no exemptions with respect to sampling.
Am I safe to assume that: a) there were no discharges from the tailings
pond or b) everything was frozen and no water was flowing or c) a combination of
the two?
