Hello Phyllis,

I had a look at the above-mentioned document.

As there has been no activity at this site, and therefore no water use or disposal, there appears to be nothing upon which to comment.

I am, however, puzzled by the fact that while approximately 4800 cubic meters of water was pumped from the mine workings, no analyses of SNP 925-10 was conducted for the period in question. I had a look at the licence and there appears to be no exemptions with respect to sampling.

Am I safe to assume that: a) there were no discharges from the tailings pond or b) everything was frozen and no water was flowing or c) a combination of the two?

Thanks
