Once filed, the FEIS will be subject to a technical review period, including a minimum of 60 days for the preparation and provision of final written submissions by parties following the acceptance of the Proponent’s FEIS and a 14 day period for AEM to file a written response. As is required by the Board’s Rules of Procedure, all written materials to be relied upon at the Final Hearing are required to be filed at least 14 days before the Final Hearing commences. AEM request to submit is written response on August 7 (14 days before the Final Hearing). These 2 days extension will help us to have a complete response to submit to all interveners.
