Construction
Phyllis also discussed with Jack Kaniak yesterday
that so long as HBJV does not exceed the 150 cu.m/day maximum water use for the
whole site, no amendment would be required under the water licence. See
below on email sent to Hugh Wilson re: road construction. If you have any
questions let me know.
Hope this helps Jorgen.

Hugh
Further to our telephone conversation regarding
proposed road construction to access drilling site at the Boston camp.
Provided there are no stream crossings requiring culvert installation and the
proposed road alignment is outside 30 m setback of the high water mark of a
water body no changes/amendments are required to the NWB Licence NWB1BOS
0106. If you require further clarification do not hesitate to contact me.
Regards,
Dionne
