Subject: 2BB-BOS Review
Steve,
As discussed this morning, this is just to confirm that Tunaley, Lines and
Associates have been requested to provide consulting services for the review of
application and drafting of a renewal licence for the Boston Project, Licence
2BB-BOS0106, Miramar Hope Bay Ltd.
Please review all relevant information that is provided on the ftp site
under the file name, keeping in mind that all submissions under the licence
should be reviewed, as well including compliance reports, inspectors reports,
monthly reports, Annual reports, any revised documents that may not have been
included in the application submission, previous licence and any amendments to
that licence as well as the comments that have been received from parties.
I will see what I can do about pulling the necessary files off central that
are not on the ftp, zipping them, and sending them via email in order to speed
things up. If you think of anything that might/should be in the files and
you do not have, please let me know and I'll see what I can do to find it.
As with the Doris project, please keep track of your time and submit an
invoice as appropriate.
Thanks again,
Dave
