Please review the attached information for a dike to be placed around the fuel tanks currently located at Boston and Windy camp. NIRB is proposing not to send the project out for a full screening as this is a modification to existing infrastructure. However, as new tanks will be put in place at Goose Lake a full screening will be conducted when information is received. Attached terms and conditions that NIRB is proposing to give the proponent are attached, please provide any comments or recommended changes by Thursday, September 23, 2004. Sorry for the short notice, but as you all know winter is closing in fast on us.
