I would like to reference the letter sent March 29, 2004 from the
NWB to yourself (MHBL), and the noted revisions requested within that
letter. Item 1 has been incorporated into the Plan, however items 2
through 8 still remain applicable to this 2004 revision with the addition of the
following item;
1) on page 16, under section 9.1; reference is made to training in 2000 to
be initiated at the start of the field program. Could you please elaborate on
this section, possibly with reference to training to be provided in 2004 and
onward.
As the March letter had indicated, the Plan has been conditionally approved
by the Board with revisions requested. It would be beneficial if these
recommendations (and others where necessary) could be included in a revised Plan
and submitted to the NWB (licence administrator) within sixty (60)days of
this email (dated May 3, 2004) for final approval.

revised Plan.
