Good morning Jayko,

I tried calling the contact number on the NPC website this morning but didn't get an answer (may have been lunch time) so I thought I would try a quick email.

I have been putting together the draft licence for the Mary River Project and had talked with Michael Zurowski yesterday regarding the application. I had asked him about the NPC conformity and the response received from Luke Sulak, even though the project is located in the N. Baffin. Michael informed me that he had talked to you about it and that everything was in order.

Could you please confirm with me that you have reveiwed the information and agree with the decision that is on file. And, if you have not already, could you provide to Phyllis at the NWB a confirmation for the files.
