Good morning Matthew.  Reference your telephone message of the increase in water use, please be advised that any increase in water over what is stipulated in the license constitutes an amendment.  I would suggest that you submit a request to amend the license for this portion only.  A cover letter and the application form is all that would be required.  We are obligated to send the request for a 30 day review but this one would be a quick turnaround once the review period is complete.  Please submit to my attention and I'll see that it gets out right away.
