Dear Mr. Carr:

This is a follow-up to the telephone conversation that we had this afternoon and to confirm that the daily usage request by Rockgate for their Bathurst Inlet Project is <100m3/day as stated in the Water License application.  The other value in the supplementary questionnaire was a typo.

Thank you again for your attention to this matter and should there be any other questions please do not hesitate to contact me.  We look forward to hearing the decision on thihs project from the board late next week.

Yours truly

Good Morning Mr. Thomas,

As the tech reviewing to Rockgate Capital Corp application for the Bathurst Inlet Project (2BE-BIP----) I have a question on water use for the file.    The supplementary questionnaire and the application differ in the requested volume; would you kindly clarify what is the requested daily usage for drill water?

Thanks,
