Good morning Mr. Owen – notification has been received from NIRB of the application for Troy Energy Corp. to extend Land Use Permit N2004C0032, related to exploration in the Booth River area.  Our files indicate that the license issued to Allyn Resources in 2005, expired in September 2007.  Exploration activities require a water license and our office has not received an application to renew.  Please advise.
