As per the attached, Land Use Permit Application #N2009C0014 is hereby requested to be 
canceled. The original applicant no longer has any subsurface rights. As per Section 21 of the 
Territorial Land Use Regulations, such a right is required to hold a permit.
 
Please advise if anything further will be required.
