http://ftp.nunavut.ca/nwb/NWB%20Administration/NWT%20Waters%20Legislation/  I have applied the $30.00 fee to the amount owing for March 19, 2004 to March 18, 2005.  This leaves an outstanding amount of $30.00 for the period of March 19, 2005 to March 18, 2006.

Your file is currently being reviewed for technical completeness as well.  You will be notified if any further information is required.
