For the files.  I received this email from Jack this morning with respect to my request for confirmation on the transfer of Land Use Licence to Allyn Resources so we could finalize the WL assignment from Strongbow to Allyn.  I have an assignment drafted up, but it appears as though we should be going back to Strongbow, and maybe advise them of the the status?  Also the Licence will be expiring at the end of April/06?

On December 12, 2005 Allyn Resources were notified by this office for them to submit an assignment application for IOL License KTL304C005. We have not heard a peep from Allyn Resources to date and we will not recognize the IOL License assignment until we have a signed hard copy of their agreement to accept the license assignment.

I am trying to clear off some files that have been around for too long and would like to know if Allyn Resources Inc. had provided any notification to the KIA as referred to in the letter of July 8, 2005 from Lynn Carter to the NWB (attach.) in response to a request for comments on the assignment application by Strongbow Exploration Inc. to assign their water licence to Allyn Resources?
 
A copy of a letter is on file (attach) with the NWB from Allyn to yourself, dated Aprill 22, 2005 that may cover what is being requested in the letter from Ms Carter.
 
Could you please confirm for me whether the Land Use Licence (KTL304C0005) has been assigned to Allyn Resources so that I may proceed with the WL assignment.  I noted that the WL is to expire at the end of April, so I would like to complete this assignemt in the next few days in order to provide the Company time for their renewal application if they are to continue.
