The Government of Nunavut(GN), Department of Environment (DOE) is in the process of reviewing 
Peregrine Diamonds Ltd's "Bulk Sample at Chidliak" project proposal (11EA050). Due to shortness of 
technical staff, on behalf of the GN-DOE, I was wondering if we could get an extension until November 
25, 2011 to provide GN-DOE's comments. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
