Subject: Renewal NWB2CHU0305
Good Morning Pamela,
Please see the attached letter regarding additional
information required for the above renewal application as well as some
clarification on a few items. Normally correspondence is sent out by
Phyllis or Susie, but the internet/email has been down most of the week in Gjoa
so I suggested I could send this off when I returned to Edmonton.
One of the points of clarification needed is
wrt Licensee for the renewal. We are trying to determine which way to
go as the previous licence is issued to Shear Minerals and the current renewal
application listed 4579 Nunavut Ltd. as the applicant. I found that the KIA
LUP's are in both names (you could probably confirm for us if all permits are in
both) and what might make things easier is if the Water Licence would be issued
in both or just to Shear as none of the supporting documents currently refer to
4579 Nunavut Ltd.
With respect to the A&R Plan, I've attached a
plan that I have referred others to and have used as an example. There's
some info that's needed to be added (eg. a TOC and disposal of contaminated
materials) but it works as a good template in setting up a new
one.
If you have any questions, please give me a call at
your convenience.
Regards,
