Subject: Renewal of NWB2CHW0406
Importance:
High
Good afternoon Pamela,
In reviewing our whiteboard for licensing it has
come to my attention that your renewal for NWB2CHW has not gone out for public
reveiw. The existing licence has an expiry date of May 31, 2006. If
we put the application out for the standard 30 review period it would mean the
renewal would not be issued until June 15, 2006.
Please advise if this will work, otherwise we would
need to either shorten up the review period or, issue an extension if possible
for one month.
On another note, our boiler plate exploration
licenses are now being issued with a maximum 100m3/day total water use unless
otherwise requested, and I noticed in your application (questionnaire) that the
water use was put down as 50m3/day/drill. will there be an issue with the
amount of water if limited to 100m3/day? the existing licence is for 60m3/day
total water use.
Also, we're trying to extend licence term if the
projects are seen to be more than 2 seasons, our goal would be to issue a 5 year
term unless otherwise requested. Would this be something you'd like to
change for when the information is made available for review?
Thank you, and I look forward to your
response,
Regards,
