NWB file # 2BE CHW (Shear Minerals) was reviewed under a KIA file, no new terms under the KRLUP were generate from the NWB/INAC applications, there this project conforms to the KRLUP.  All of the relevant CD's which the proponent agreed to will be faxed to you when practical.

Gladys, these requirements were faxed to your office yesterday under an INAC file and previous under a KIA file.

If you require more detail or have questions and concerns, please do not hesitate.
