I have not forgotten about the NWB2SNN0508
fee inquiry either (Richard’s e-mail of October 12, 2005)…..I am still looking
into that with another party and will get that cleared up next week as
well.

Good afternoon Nicole. I hereby
acknowledge receipt of your renewal application for the above. Please note
that the Water Use Fees came into effect as of January 1, 2004. I have
waived the requirement for fees for Jan 1/04 to May 5/04 but we require same for
the period May 6/04 to May 5/05. I will apply your forthcoming fee to the
05/06 year. Hope this makes sense.

not include Appendix Three of the Spill Contingency Plan as an attachment to
this e-mail as it contains Material Safety Data Sheets which would make a very
large file to send. Please note that these MSDS are included in the
application package that was mailed to you, as is a cheque in the amount of
$60.00, representing both the application fee of $30.00 and first year’s water
use fee of $30.00.
