David:
David apologize for this as I know that Phyllis and I had this problems several months back in that several emails that I had sent to here had gone into the junk mail category. Anyway, in response to your email, I am currently in Vancouver on a break per say. Whilst in Vancouver, I will be getting final maps redrafted etc so that I can include them in an updated SCP which I will submit both electronically and also via CD. As a result of this minor delay, the issuance of the water license if issued today would therefore have a 60 day condition attached to it.
With regards to the water sources, the main water source would be Ferguson Lake. The other water sources shown in the picture for drilling purposes would be alternatives to Ferguson Lake if the need arises.
Regards,
John

John, my apology for not getting back to you sooner on this application and your letter of May 15, 2005. Our mail server decided to pull your email off and store it in my "junk" mail folder. Using Outlook, I only check this folder every week or so to clear out the "junk" and noticed your letter was part of it. I have also forwarded the email to Phyllis, our Licensing manager for the NWB files (see cc; all correspondence should go through Phyllis).
With the confirmed and updated information you have provided, the draft licence should be processed asap. I just have to confirm whether the SCP should be submitted prior to issuance of the Licence or included as a condition, ie within 60 days. Other than that, I believe all the information has been received. Just as a note, you must have had some other important jobs on the go as I noticed in the letter you had managed to slip in another name in the address, oops. Anyway,
Regards,
David
