My only comment is on section 31 of the Remote Camp Questionnaire.  It says "water for domestic purposes other than drinking is in tanks on site".  Any water used for food preparation (rinsing, mixing, etc) or for dishwashing should be treated before use.  This can be done by adding the appropriate amount of bleach to the water before use.
