David:

I have received the various emails that you sent the other day outlining the changes that need to be addressed.

Prior to my leaving town for Ferguson (November 12, 2005) I had sent attention to Phyllis a revised SCP which addressed the initial SCP deficiencies. In this plan I had included the present Ferguson Lake Camp layout showing the various sites of fuelling, spill kit sites, fuel depots, areas of wetlands etc. These maps were placed on topography maps and as such gave a good overall indication of where the camp was located. It must be noted that the drawings was blown up slightly so as to show the various buildings etc. Also included was a DDH Plan map showing the location of the Drill Holes and also our updated MSDS Sheets for the various products which we have on site. All of this was included on 4 CDs. I am wondering if you have received this document as this Revised SPC addresses several of the outstanding issues that had been brought to my attention several months back. I note however in your email that there are a few phone numbers that need to be added. These I can easily address and send the revised contact list on to you.

With regards to the Amended Application form that was submitted to the NWB on our behalf by RESCAN Environmental Services, it should be noted that the objective of this application is to make changes to our present permit so as to allow for a camp move from the present Ferguson Lake Lodge which we are leasing from Keith Sharp of Rankin Inlet. As a result of certain issues that have been brought to our attention, we are having to move to a new location. This location is distal to the main Ferguson Lake Lodge area and becomes a wholly controlled camp of Starfield Resources. Land leases for the new camp have been applied for with the local KIA officials which we are currently awaiting approval. However, due to the nature of the camp location and also the fact that we will be building the camp, we are having to use the Ferguson Lake Lodge as a base until our new camp is built. This is reflective in the application submitted by RESCAN which indicates that the present camp will be ongoing. As a result Starfield Resources will continue to occupy the Ferguson Lake Lodge until such time as the new camp is built with the upgraded features as outlined in the submittal.

Hopefully this clarifies on or two issues that you had brought up in the email. As with the other issues, I will be talking to Latisha and also Francois today (RESCAN) with regards to certain other areas that need to be addressed. It should be noted that RESCAN has been appointed as our Environmental Consultants and in conjunction with myself, will be handling future permitting issues. If there are any questions in the matter, I can be reached in camp at (604) 515-0398 and or by email at sfield@skycomip.com or john_nicholson@telus.net

Sincerely,
