Kindly deny this application and others like it, because this can only contribute more to the already known decline in the caribou population in this area. What remains of these caribou provides millions of dollars worth of meat annually to the residents and user-communities in Nunavut, NWT, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Not protecting them will deprive these people of their needs and contradict what we understand are the desire of Canadians to see this species and its habitat protected. We hope you can protect these people and this herd. Thank you, Raskin Holdings 103 Continental Place, Suite 110 Brentwood, Tennessee 37027 Tele: 615-373-1100 Fax: 615-370-3111
