I have spent 2 summers in that region and am most appreciative and aware of what the impact of this development could mean. Surely in this time of economic turmoil it is easy to see that all this mad race to make money has a very tenuous meaning at best and we must be more protective of those things that have real and lasting meaning and will be there for our children and generations to come. Something as magnificent as the Beverly Caribou herd cannot be bought or replaced. I urge you to reject this proposal. Thank you, Philip Carter Vancouver, BC
