While no one is certain of the reasons for this decline of population, additional mineral exploration, extraction and development cannot be helping and I would urge you to consider this and refuse the current Uravan application for the development of their proposed uranium operations in this area. I understand that uranium has value but the value of the natural herds is far greater for many more reasons.
