Subject: Uravan Garry Lake Project

Please register my strong opposition to Uravan’s plans for mineral  development on the calving grounds of the Beverly caribou. 

I do not object to all mining activities but surely there are other places one could mine other than a calving ground.

Northern and other species in this country are already being stressed enough by human activity and global factors such as Global Warming.  I do not think we needlessly should add to those stresses.

Please act to protect the Beverly Caribou and not allow this one instance of mining to take place.
