For this herd to continue to exist and hopefully recover from near extinction their breeding grounds MUST BE OFF LIMITS to mineral exploration and mining. Therefore please deny Uravan Mineral's application for mineral development: NIRB File 08EN037. And all mineral exploration and any mining development in and around these breeding grounds.
