Dear L Payette, 

The Beverly Caribou Herd in Nunavut has suffered catastophic losses in its numbers in recent years. No one knows for certain why this is, but industrial activity in their calving grounds cannot be helping. I urge you to deny Uravan Mineral's application for mineral development (of uranium) on the calving grounds of the Beverly Caribou Herd.
