I've learned, as a white southerner, just how outrageously power and money and short-term greedy goals have dominated and steamrollered over the well being of the native people and their habitats. Mineral explorations from the outside have never to my knowlege in Canada been of benefit to the local groups, PR notwithstanding. I firmly oppose the application for mineral exploration near the Cariboo calving grounds. I may be contacted at RR1, Stella, ON, K0H 2S0, or 888 287-3157 or at the above email address. Sally Bowen
