This letter is concerning the proposal by Uravan Minerals to develop uranium exploitation on their property in the calving grounds of the Beverly caribou herd.  This development within the caribou calving grounds will obviously detrimentally affect this important caribou herd’s survival.  I implore you to disallow Uravan Minerals’ application so as to protect the important natural and cultural resource which this caribou herd is, for the current and future generations of caribou and people alike.
